Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Day 2: Hanoi – City tour all day
Morning sightseeing tour to visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his House on stilt, One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda. Lunch at restaurant. Afternoon, Visit Vietnam Ethnic Minority Group Museum, Fine Art Museum and Temple of Literature. In the evening, Water Puppets Show. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Hanoi. (B,L)
Day 3: Hanoi – Bat Trang Pottery Village by boat
In the morning, take a boat trip to visit Bat Trang village, a village entirely devoted to the pottery making ceramic production of exquisite dining wares and vases. On the way, stop to visit Chu Dong Tu temple praise for love. Back to the boat then up the Red River, lunch on board and then Embark on boat back to Hanoi. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Hanoi. Day 4: Hanoi – Hue
Transfer to Noi Bai airport for flight to Hue, the central part of Vietnam. You will be met and transferred to hotel. Lunch at a local restaurant. PM, visit the Old Imperial City and Dong Ba market. Dinner on your own and overnight in Hue.(B,L)
Day 5: Explore Hue
AM: Cruise the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda on boat. Lunch at a local restaurant. PM, visit the Royal Tombs: Tu Duc, Khai Dinh. Time at leisure. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Hue. (B,L)
Day 6: Hue – HoiAn
Leave Hue for HoiAn via Danang. Arrive in HoiAn and Lunch at a local restaurant. Then we will visit the charming ancient town, a stroll between the 844 houses and temples in HoiAn, including the Tanky’s House, 200 years of antiquity, with Chinese poems written in nacre inlaid, or even the structure oldest call “The House at Tran Phu St” made of carved wood. Dinner on your own. Overnight in HoiAn. (B,L)
Day 7: HoiAn – Cooking Class
After breakfast at your hotel. You will be taken to meet a famed local chef of HoiAn at 107 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street and then you will embark on an interesting market tour with the chef at a local market to enjoy the bustling atmosphere of local daily life at HoiAn market. Here you will have an opportunity to learn how to choose the freshest ingredient. After buying the goods, you will be assisted with cooking your lunch and eat what you have prepared. Return to your hotel. Time at leisure. Dinner on your own Overnight in HoiAn. (B,L)
Day 8: HoiAn – DaNang – Saigon
In the morning, you will be transferred to DaNang airport for the flight to Saigon. Arrive in Saigon. Have lunch on your own. Check in hotel. Relax in your hotel before heading to dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Saigon. (B,D)
Day 9: Saigon city tour
After breakfast enjoy a full day city tour including: Notre Dame Cathedral, Reunification Hall (ex- President Palace), History Museum, Thien Hau Pagoda and Jade Emperor Pagoda. Have lunch at restaurant and then visit the War Remnants Museum, a powerful look at the Vietnam War. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Saigon. (B,L)
Day 10: Saigon – Chau Doc by car
In the morning, you will be met and taken to Chau Doc. Have lunch at a local restaurant on route. Arrive in Chau Doc, you will take a boat for visiting Cham and fishing villages. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Chau Doc. (B,L)
Day 11: Chau Doc to Phnom Penh
Breakfast at Hotel and then catch the Blue Cruiser boat from Chau Doc to Phnom Penh at 7.00 AM.
