Indo 07: South to North (9 days/ 8 nights)

Day 1: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh
Arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport. Transfer to hotel mini tour en route.
The balance of the day is free at leisure. Dinner at hotel. Overnight in Saigon. (D)

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City
Half day city tour. Afternoon choice of Tayninh and Cuchi tunnels.Breakfast, morning city tour visits Saigon’s historic landmarks: Notre Dame Cathedral, former Presidential Palace and Cholon, the bustling Chinatown and Saigon Post Office. Lunch at restaurant. Afternoon, visit to Tayninh or Cu Chi. (B,L)
* Tayninh:
Leave Saigon for Tayninh, visit the incredible Cao Dai Great Temple, and attend the noon time prayer service. Enjoy “Banh trang phoi suong” and “Banh canh Trang Bang”- specialties of the region. Return to Saigon. Dinner free. Overnight in Saigon. (B, L)
* Cu Chi:
Afternoon drive through the Vietnamese countryside to Cu Chi. Upon arrival, we start to experience ourselves the village of Cu Chi and the remain of the underground battle field network of tunnels built by Vietnamese guerilla fighters during the long years of war. Return to Saigon. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Saigon. (B,L,D)

Day 3: HCM- Danang( Air)- Hoian

Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for flight to Danang . Transfer to Danang town, city tour to Cham Museum, Marble Mountain, China Beach . Lunch at restaurant. Afternoon drive to Hoian. Check in hotel. Visit Hoian ancient town. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Hoian (L,D)

Day 4: Danang- Hue (Road)
Transfer to Hue, pass through the Mountain Clouds HaiVan Pass. Check in hotel. Lunch at traditional restaurant in Hue. Afternoon tour to Imperial Citadel (Southwest Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Left House and Right House), Royal Mausoleums, National Museum and Quoc Hoc High School. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Hue. Day 5: Hue
Breakfast, full day city tour of sightseeing by river, visit Thien Mu Pagoda- Hue’s most reserved religious monument standing on the riverbank with its seven- store tower, Holy Bowl Temple . Lunch free. Afternoon, visit the Alta of Heaven, Dong Ba Market and conical hat weaving villages in Hue. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Hue. (B,D)

Day 6: Hue – Hanoi
Morning flight to Hanoi. Transfer and check in hotel. Half day Capital city tour includes the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the One Pillar Pagoda which emerges from the water in the form of a lotus. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi. (D)

Day 7: Hanoi
Half day Hanoi city tour. Drive 12km from Hanoi to the pottery-making village of Bat Trang to observe the century year old trade of ceramic production. Lunch free. Return to Hanoi in the early afternoon. Afternoon, free leisure for shopping, walking around “36 streets of 36 wares”. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi. (B, D)

Day 8: Hanoi – Huong (Perfume) Pagoda
Full day excursion the Huong (Perfume) Pagoda. Drive 70km from Hanoi through rural northern Vietnam to Perfume Pagoda, take the sampan on the river through the rice paddies to the grottoes of Huong Tich Cave. Picnic lunch. Afternoon, walking and overlooking enormous limestone karats out from the green rice fields. Return to Hanoi. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi. (B,L,D)

Day 9: Departure

Free time at leisure until transfer to Noibai airport for departure.
