1. Lantern Making in Hoi An

Our local guide will pick you up to explore the back- roads and around the rice paddies of Hoi An by bicycle. Ride through the picturesque surrounds to visit home of a craftsman on the old street. Here you will have a brief introduction to the history, shape, and color of the lanterns as well as the many stages of making them. Try your hand at the handicraft and keep it as a souvenir.

2. Vietnamese Traditional villages with cooking class.

After breakfast, by 8am you start driving to the village. It takes about one hour to the village from Hanoi.
9am, arrive to the village, you walk along the market and joy in selling, buying and bargaining with people in there.
10.30am, you go to school to talk to the students there (they are very happy and eager to speak to the foreigners). 11.30am, you come back to a traditional house of Vietnamese in the village and start to learn how to cook typical Vietnamese food. The cooking class will be ended around 2pm; you walk to the pagoda – back to the history of Vietnam in 11 century. Keep on visiting a community house- the most important and biggest house in the village (or biking further to visit more country side areas, buffalos, cows…
Tour will finished by 4pm. Come back to the hotel at 5am, end of the tour.

3. Ha long –Cat Ba island (3 days-2nights)

Day 1: 8am, depart from Hanoi to Ha Long bay (it is about 3, 5 hours). Stop on the way to take a break then continue ahead to Ha Long. 12am arrive to Ha Long, getting on the boat, sailing around the bay; visit the sung sot cave, Titop Island. Overnight on the Junk.
Day 2: After breakfast, take the sampan to visit a lagoon or optional kayaking or visiting the fishing village or ocean museum. Come back to the Junk, heading to Catba Island. Take the bus to the island through the national park, check in the hotel in Catba. Free in the afternoon or optional going to the monkey island or going to the national park. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 3: Having breakfast, take the bus back to the Junk, cruise around the bay with different route. Back to Halong City. Take the bus to Hanoi. End of the tour.

4. Hanoi –Babe (3 days-2nights)

Day 1: Start from Hanoi at 8am, have breakfast on the way. Arrive there around 2pm, check in the hotel. Biking to the biggest and most beautiful cave in the national park. Overnight in the home stay or in the hotel.
Day 2: after breakfast, take the boat around the national park, visit puong cave, Dau Dang waterfall, Widow Island.
Day 3: having breakfast, driving back to Hanoi, visit a local market of Tay people on the way back. Arrive in Hanoi at 4. End of the tour.

5. Hanoi- Hoa Lu-Trang An. (day trip)

Leave Hanoi by 8am, arrive Hoa Lu at 10.30am. Walking to visit the ancient capital of Vietnam back to 11 century with 2 temples- Dinh King temple and Le King temple. Drive to Trang An beautiful spot. Have lunch there before take the bamboo boat trip along the Ngo Dong River (3hours). Come back to Hanoi around 6.30pm. End of the tour.

6. Hanoi- Sapa – Lao Chai –Tavan – homestay – Sapa – Hanoi. (6day -5night trip

Day 1: Pick up from your hotel to the Vietnam railway to take the train to LaoCai. Overnight on the train
Day 2: Transfer from Lao cai to Sapa for check in the hotel. Breakfast, trekking to visit Laochai, Tavan meet the Hmong and Dzao people to learn more about culture of hill tribes. Overnight at homestay.
Day 3: Continue trekking to further area Giang Ta Chai to discover the beautiful mountainous areas with the terraces rice fields and valleys. Come back sapa by afternoon. Overnight at the hotel
Day 4: Visit Sapa town, Sapa market and by souvenirs. Come back to Laocai for the night train to Hanoi.
Day 5: Transfer from station to Hanoi city.

7. Hanoi- Halong bay with kayaking – Hanoi. (2day trip)

Day1: drive to Halong bay, Enjoy the stunning views of the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth. Enjoy fresh seafood meals on board, visit fishing floating market, swimming and kayaking to explore a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon . Overnight on the junk.
Day 2: Continue cruising to visit the magical bay with many beautiful islands. Comeback the harbor for lunch. Transfer to Hanoi.

8. Hanoi all day city tour

The guide and car will pick up you from the hotel to visit Hanoi city. Some interesting highlights that you may want to consider are the Hanoi Hilton, where John McCain and other prisoners were held during the war, it now houses a museum; the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where you can see Uncle Ho laid out to rest; or if you like art you can visit the Fine Art Museum or see which local galleries are offering shows. The Temple of Literature is always a relaxing area to stroll through and is a great stop before or after lunch which you will have at KOTO, a restaurant benefiting at risk youths. Your guide will be with you all day so discuss what suits you and then have fun!

9. Handicraft tour Van Phuc, Bat Trang, Dong Ky all day.

This excursion from Hanoi visits some of the fascinating handicraft villages dotted the lush countryside surrounding the capital. We leave Hanoi to Van Phuc village where is famous for silk products, visit Bat Trang where we can see firsthand the ancient art of ceramic making at a workshop. Many of the families producing these fine works of art have been doing so for at least 400 year. Continue to Dong Ky, the carpenter village. Originally, carpentry was a side hobby for inhabitants of Dong Ky, however poverty forced the villagers concentrate their skills on this occupation. The wood carving here is also famous for its meticulously inlaid mother of pearl.
